The Norwich Arts Center, Inc. (NAC) was formed originally as the Norwich Arts Council in 1987 by a group of local artists and art-lovers who were inspired by the region’s cultural possibilities. Our Mission is to provide affordable programming in a variety of arts that reflects the area’s rich diversity and deepens arts appreciation. NAC is an all-volunteer run, 501(c)3 non-profit organization located in a historic building at 60-64 Broadway in downtown Norwich, CT. We have two Galleries on the first floor, Offices on the second floor and the 134-seat Donald L. Oat Theater on the third floor.
