Windham Regional Community Council

Overseen by a volunteer board of directors, WRCC is a community-based agency that provides efficient, non-duplicated services that help people to move toward a better future. Small and mighty Windham Regional Community Council began our journey in 1974 as a small grass-roots effort to create opportunity for all community members and to encourage and foster investment in Eastern Connecticut communities.
