The Mantra Room

The Mantra Room is a welcoming yoga and wellness space located in Windham, Connecticut. We offer a variety of classes designed to support all levels, including vinyasa, gentle and restorative, candlelit classes, and sound bath experiences. Our mission is to create an inclusive environment where individuals can slow down, reconnect, and care for both body and mind.

In addition to weekly classes, we host special events, workshops, and community-centered offerings that encourage connection, relaxation, and personal growth. Whether someone is brand new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, we aim to provide a supportive and grounding space for all.
