Hiring Studio Operations Manager

Requirements:
Business management experience and business savvy
Experience in sales and marketing
Experience working in a boutique fitness or Yoga studio is a plus
Organized and structured individual with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to prioritize and think strategically about the business; recognize areas of improvement and implement changes as needed
Proficient in Canva or other content creation software
Familiarity or experience with Mind Body Online (MBO) is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Enjoys a balance of creative and analytical thinking
Ability to drive and manage all revenue streams from membership sales to retail products
Motivated and goal-oriented individual who enjoys responsibility and results
Customer service skills are a must
Professional, punctual, trustworthy, reliable and clean
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the Studio Owner
Experience with team management is a huge plus
A strong passion for yoga and wellness

Responsibilities:
Support teaching and front desk staff. Maintain good rapport and communication with our team
Maintain the studio’s tone, presence, cleanliness and culture at all times
Work with the Studio Owner on a quarterly basis to discuss communications strategy – the Operations Manager is in charge of executing the strategy, including but not limited to: social media posts, bi-weekly newsletters, seasonal schedules as well as print collateral
Receive, inventory, tag and organize all merchandise, including quarterly inventory reports
Merchandise the store weekly to ensure the floor looks fresh (peak times only)
Assist the Studio Owner with retail purchasing
Scheduling – create class, workshop, training and challenge schedules each season
Assist the Studio Owner with developing new campaigns and ideas to increase memberships sales and other revenue streams
Work with the Studio Owner to develop new strategic partnerships and opportunities
Handle all client communications, including phone and email management
Manage the studio’s website, Facebook and Instagram handles, including but not limited to posting, creating content and replying to comments
Weekly meetings with the Studio Owner to set priorities, discuss upcoming events, brainstorm, etc
This position reports directly to the Studio Owner.
