How have you been feeling lately?

There’s been some shifting energy the past few weeks and everyone handles it differently. A good chunk of the message is to slow down and take a close look at who you are being. How does it feel to be you these days?

Do you feel aligned with who you want to be or are you stuck in your old stories?

We’ve been given many opportunities to see our old stories playing out the past few weeks, and for some (like me) it can be a string of cringe moments that come back to surface. This definitely doesn’t want to make me do the healing work, but I also know that you gotta feel it to heal it. So, needless to say, there’s been a lot of discomfort lately.

The good news is that by giving yourself permission to reconcile those past experiences and integrate the old versions of you, space is created for something new.

Now, it becomes easier to make different choices. There’s clarity around what’s to be created next. And, new frequencies can be anchored in.

When you hold onto old energy or things that are not yours, they cloud your inner vision. Clearing them out is an intentional job that needs to be done on the regular so you can live from the present moment.
