Paddleboard Yoga with Fuller Yoga!

Join us for stand up paddle board yoga (SUP yoga) classes this summer! SUP yoga is the most amazing, fun, invigorating yet peaceful and relaxing experiences. SUP and SUP yoga helps develop strength, balance and flexibility all while being surrounded by beautiful, blissful nature!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Never tried SUP or SUP yoga? That’s OK! Try something new this summer! No SUP and no yoga experience necessary! Our SUP and SUP yoga classes are all levels, modifications will be offered to soften or intensify your practice and the boards are specially selected for their stability.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
SUP yoga classes are led by a certified SUP yoga instructor. Sessions begin on land going over the basics of how to properly handle the paddle board. We will paddle to the perfect spot for our SUP yoga class and anchor. You will be led through a fun exploration of yoga all while taking in the beauty of nature around you. Class will include centering, warm up, poses, cool down poses and there will be time to play with poses you want to try and take pictures before settling into a blissfully relaxing savasana. As class wraps up, we will peacefully paddle back to shore.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
