In the US, the current movement to censor books and remove them from shelves continues to grow. At House of Books, we support the librarians, educators, and booksellers who dedicate themselves to providing access to books for everyone. To celebrate this, books that have been banned or challenged will be featured on our shelves in-store during Banned Books Week, including one title that was challenged this year in our own community. Come in to discuss the ongoing problem of censorship with a bookseller, or browse a banned book to add to your own shelves.
