HydroCat Microgreens

HydroCat Microgreens are grown hydroponically with organic methods and 100% solar power. We are both a small local business and a community service, donating harvests weekly to the East Hampton CT Food Bank. We grow in a section of our barn where once we brewed beer but outgrew (Fat Orange Cat Brew Co), converted to create a very tight, clean, temperature and humidity-controlled environment with tons of airflow for optimal plant health.
