Use your judgment

Listings, events, shops and Local Buzz posts on It's Local Online are shared by the community and by partner organizations. We review submissions to keep the site appropriate, but we do not verify the accuracy, safety, legality or quality of any business, product, or event. Dates, times, prices and details can change. Please use your own judgment and confirm details directly with the host or business before you go or buy.

What you can submit

• Real, local farms, growers, makers, shops, businesses and community events.
• Accurate information you have the right to share, including photos you took or have permission to use.
• Content that is welcoming and suitable for all ages.

What we won't publish

• Hate speech, or content that targets people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other identity.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, or personal attacks.
• Sexually explicit, violent, or graphic content.
• Illegal goods, services or activities.
• False, misleading, or spam listings, scams, and duplicate submissions.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.

We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion, without notice.

Your submissions

By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and give It's Local Online and its partner organizations permission to display it, including your photos, on this site, partner calendars and directories, and our mobile app. Business owners can request changes or removal any time using "Suggest an edit" or our contact form.

Links and outside sites

We link to websites, shops and social pages run by others. We aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. Purchases are between you and the seller.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, It's Local Online is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the site or from any listing, event, product, or business featured on it.
